Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process
  1. Email us at support@backyardsbay.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the product

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will send return instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

Return Shipping Cost
  • If the return is due to damage or wrong item → We will cover shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer preference → Customer covers return shipping.
